Protein Skimmer Pump
Question beginner saltwater aquarium?

Thank you for taking the time to review my question! I'm in the process of planning a water tank salt. It will be 75 or 100 gallon reef tank style. However, I do not know anything about the team that eventually will need. If you have any products you'd like connect as far as protein skimmers, lighting (for my corals, etc), sumps and pumps or Powerheads or anything else that you recommend, including the reason your ID? I appreciate any useful input. Thanks again!

i kinda knew you would not know about salt water of your question, listing all those things. basically for the reef aquarium you will need to upgrade the lighting, what u think lightign rule was sufficient for corals and anemones? Like update your metal halide lighting with a pair of PF power compact actinic VHO lighting. Along with Protien skimmer for a reef tank you want get some Powerheads to create currents. I personally use HYDOR power heads but you can go with Maxi jet flow modification kit insurance. you'll want to have at least a 30-55 gallon aquarium sink in the reef tank for filtration and can be built into a refugium. Thats enough for teams, most are self explanitory.
