Submersible Aquarium Heater
Can you fix a heater tank?

I have a few cheap glass heaters in my tanks for breeding, as http://s3.amazonaws.com/tc-photos/11442/product/giant/105453.jpg and are cracking on me when I never get them out of tanks (due to temperature difference). I wondered if it would be safe to use aquarium grade silicon to close the glass again. I really do not want to spend much because I have quite a few small tanks for breeding that are not in sight. In addition to the various heaters cheaper of submersibles and pre-calibrated (and not to mention not to heat the water more than two or three degrees) and are three times more!

Bad real movement, water leaks, electrification of the entire tank and kill yourself. Or, stop taking the water heaters on, or buy some better heaters. The Jager are thicker glass and toughend better monitor abuse. Ian
