Blue Life

Depression or just down with the blues? All I feel at this moment, if you are depressed, or if it's really clinical depression (a disease difficult) is no help for depression, and there are simple ways to motivate, even at its lowest of the lows.

1) being in a crowd, fine, assume you can choose to be in his lonely inside your room, you can opt for better things than just that. It's healthy to be alone occasionally, but needs help from other people to talk with you, supporting you and inspires you especially in times of depression.

You need to be exposed to normal around to not feel alone in their own world, he turns to his own problem.

2) Try not to be your own worst critic. You're already feeling low, try not to rub salt in his injuries, adding to the misery. Accept that making mistakes, because it is simply part of being human and learn from them. I know it might be time to do things, and so Generally, these days is not one of them, and rejoices that the acceptance of that reality. Sooner or later, you realize that you can move from that state.

3) Start a project and be realistic about it. Avoid creating a long list of tasks that may even be overwhelmed with it. Start with some small positive steps that gradually takes you to your goal. When you have something to focus your mind on, now shift their attention to other issues rather than simply zeroing of trouble. But remember that we can have our 'in moments of blues', but perhaps not yet depression. Depression is a serious disease affects the brain and should not be confused with just being sad, lonely, or just "feeling blue".
