Brain Coral

If you are recommending to their patients minerals are likely to be recommended for toxic substances. The strange paradox is that many of these toxic minerals are also essential for life! With the recent popularity of coral calcium, colloidal minerals cocktails, and other supplements that contain 70 or more traces minerals, the question of how the toxic elements such as arsenic, cadmium, antimony, vanadium and be sure to be addressed. The truth is that every one of these minerals is considered an "essential mineral" by the National Research Council – which is essential for human or animal life, and only available the body by ingestion of food.

Take for example arsenic. This deadly poison known is also necessary for life (NRC 1989). The average human being 20 mg of arsenic is distributed throughout the body-1. Studies in rats have shown a deficiency of arsenic is associated with delayed growth1. Similar information is available in all 25 essential minerals – each is necessary, however, all will have serious adverse effects in large quantities. The famous Swiss physician, Paracelsus summarizes this phenomenon in 1400 when he said: "All substances are poisons: there is none which is not a poison. The right dose differentiates a poison and a remedy." Even the oxygen and water taken in extreme amounts can be toxic.

But what are considered essential minerals? 100 years ago it was thought that only 14 elements are essential. In 1950, copper, manganese, zinc and cobalt were added. In the late 1950s included selenium. 1975 saw the inclusion of fluorine and silicon. Boro A few years later added. Today, 25 are classified as essential! The rest are considered as essential or nonessential rule. It should be noted that 60 minerals are found in human milk, including aluminum, bromine, vanadium and nickel, once considered unimportant, so you can come to know that up to 60 are essential and important minerals.

It is interesting that we know of at least 25 essential minerals and yet our ground is only changed with the big three: nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium (NPK). Many minerals have become totally absent in cultivated land to feed their livestock so that farmers have begun to integrate their beef and dairy herds, because it makes economic sense – it is more profitable to buy and trace mineral supplements fed to cows to suffer losses from diseases trace mineral deficiency. Heifers of the monitoring program mineral produced 3.7 pounds of milk per day more than non-supplemented groups, conception rates improved considerably, the weaning weight of calves and were higher overall herd health improved2.

Not only cattle benefit of adding mineral to your diet. A two-year study on chicken meat using Coral Minerals Brazil compared with birds in the growth hormone was performed in the University of Vila Velha, Brazil. The result showed similar growth rates, but chickens coral were more energy and therefore produced a leaner, lower protein, fat Bird3.

Think about that. Farmers find it profitable to buy minerals and added to food for animals because animals these elements are not getting production from the fields. Humans eat the same fields exhausted and yet many of us do not think it complements us themselves. Maybe it's time to reevaluate our fears of "toxic" minerals. Trace minerals can be toxic in large quantities, but equally damaging health, and most common is their absence.
