Cherry Shrimp

My experience drop first occurred when I was in my early 30's. Although I would prefer to forget that painful experience, I remember it like yesterday. I was coming out with some friends, enjoy the best of the salmon fillets in Seattle had to offer, accompanied by some delicious, all you can eat shrimp (and believe me, I took the word "all you can eat very seriously). I remember discussing and enjoying the food while looking toward the pier, when suddenly I felt as if a thousand bees had infiltrated my shoe and planned a strike mission on my big toe. In fact, he started out as a tingling and numbness, feels much like pins and needles stabbing into my toe. I tried to ignore the feeling until the pain became unbearable. Although I could not take my foot out of my shoe (courtesy to my guests who were still able to devour the range of seafood,) I realized that my foot swelled up inside of it. My toe was also very stiff and was burning. He also felt as if it were only my big toe again, but rather, has a promotion as my gigantic finger!

I finally managed to limp my way to the car and drive to my house all the time trying to play outside, as if everything was OK, despite all that could think to do was scream. If you ever experienced symptoms of gout, definitely would give me some credit pulls that off. As soon as I got my house, I went into extensive research on the internet to find out what devil had possessed my finger at such an inopportune time. As soon as my finger hit the keyboard, desperately writing on the symptoms I was experiencing and behold, my doctor diagnosed me in line with the drop. I have heard of gout, but never thought I would have it. To my dismay, I learned that all foods that I loved to eat such as red meat, scallops, shrimp, fish all with the use of refined sugar, all foods that could not live without the now banned from my diet. Well, I would not give for that so I went into denial and ate all of the above-again. I will not say what happened after that, but let's just say that now I have gained a bachelor's degree in gout symptoms school of life. Through my painful experiences, I have noticed that the drop can move from joint to joint, but usually never affects more than 2 or 3 together, simultaneously. The terrible pain usually peaks in 24 hours and has a tendency to attack at night. I have also learned through trial, error and research (but mostly by mistake) that alcohol, like beer and red wine did not play a major role in gout attacks, because alcohol dehydrates your body, so that is not capable successfully washing the purines which then causes the levels of uric acid in the body build.

It is also common for gout to affect other areas common, such as the ankle, knee, foot, hand, wrist and elbow and is sometimes accompanied by fever. Gout symptoms usually disappear within 3 to 10 days and may not return for months or years. However, in future attacks, symptoms may become progressively worse, occur more frequently and last longer.

In the positive side, once you are clear symptoms of gout, it is likely to acquire a new appreciation of the big toe that he never realized before.
