Gallon Fish
What kind of fish should I get for a one gallon tank?

I just bought a gallon aquarium and wondered what kind of fish you should get. I would prefer a catfish or a shark of some sort, but I'm sure a one gallon tank would be big enough ….. any advice?

None. Nothing. Zip. Zilch. 1-gallon is not suitable for any fish. Return the "tank" for something bigger. The smallest can be used to house Fish is a 5-gallon (filtered and heated), and where you can put a single Betta. Move up to 10-gallon and you have a choice. Want a catfish or a shark? It will take place from 20-2,000 gallons, depending on the species. It is necessary to do a lot of research on the needs and fish care before brining any home.
