Feeding Your Leopard Gecko can be a very exciting time. Watch your eating and Leo find foods that are provided are two of the emotion. It is important to Leopard geckos attention to their eating habits. As a pet owner, you are responsible for providing nutritious food for healthy eating for your Leo. Your pet will to show sympathy for certain foods more than others, but does that mean that is what they should eat?

One of the main problems with feeding your pet will be deciding what is nutritious and what a pleasure. If you ever owned a gecko before, are like little children. You really want that eat your vegetables, but only want cookies or candy. In the case of Leopard Gecko this is a debate between locusts and crickets.

In its natural habitat, the gecko main diet consists of grasshoppers and other insects. However, lobsters are more than one treatment, because they have a sweeter flavor to your gecko a cricket. As a child of much of anything is going to want to have more. Provide a lobster as a gift once in a while great for your pet is well to do. What we do not want is that they become "addicted" to the question and not eat what is healthy and nutritious for them.

If your gecko is only wanting to eat things that are tasty, but not for feeding, do not worry. All you have to do is get the best deal for insects to eat. They can not eat for several days, but eventually we will yield to hungry and eat what is offered.

Crickets should be one of the main entrance in the diet of Leo. They are full of nutrients more lobsters and keep your pet healthy. If the Lion is not eating crickets as it should, switch to live crickets if they have been trying to feed the dead. Only the activity of the cricket could attract your pet to start feeding on it.

It is alright to mix up the dietary needs of your pet as long as you keep it balanced so they are always properly nourished. Locusts, crickets, wax worms, meal worms, etc. all have a place in the dietary needs and your Leopard gecko’s feeding habits. Variety is good and will keep your Leopard gecko from becoming bored with a single food, but do all that you can to provide a well balanced diet for your pet. The size of your geckos food is also very important.
